Superstar is an easy drinking gose that has been infused with root ginger. This beer has citrussy esters from yeast, spiciness from coriander seeds, and salty notes from fleur de sel. The addition of ginger adds a warming, earthy character, yet it remains beautifully light and easy drinking. Superstar is a personal favourite at Dolphin HQ – we hope you enjoy it too. This beer has been bottle-conditioned and contains sediment.
